My Mad Scientist Mummy introduces young readers to the fascinating world of lab science by giving a taste of working as a scientist in a cell-culture laboratory (cultivating bugs and cells in plastic dishes) through the eyes of a mother-daughter pair. The storyboard and illustrations are as faithful to the science as possible whilst including some subtle artistic flare to capture kids’ imaginations.
My aim is an educational yet delighting means to share my passion for science and microbes.

I Hate Science
I Hate Science is an action drama, school yard adventure centred around Willie and his friends who are leading an investigation into their missing science teacher. The story is presented in three Acts with stage notes for each scene. The leveled text is also linked to the US science curriculum, interweaving real world science with literacy and performing arts with a creative flare.
