Water - 250 ml
Salt - 100 g
Cream of Tartar - 1 tablespoon
Plain Flour - 250 g
Cooking Oil - 20 g
1. Dissolve in hot water - (salt, cream of tartar in water)
2. Add flour & mix. Allow to cool.
3. Add oil and knead until combined.
Divide and add colour
Tip - as you play, if the dough is a little dry, add a dab of oil and knead.
